Boiler Family Care Plans by City Warmth
To benefit from the Boiler Family Care plan, your boiler will need to have had a recent City Warmth service. An Inspection service at £99+ VAT will be required without such service.
What's Included in the Boiler Service Plan?
When you sign up to our boiler service plan you will be entitled to an interim boiler service of one boiler. If your boiler is experiencing issues, but you're not sure what the problem is, you will also have access to our boiler experts on the phone. We provide free diagnosis over the phone and FaceTime diagnostic consultations with our boiler experts. So, you can get the advice you need when you need it.
The above is particularly helpful during the winter months when our time is stretched due to high customer demand. It ensures you get seen as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy a working boiler and comfortable temperatures in your home.

We know life can be expensive. That’s why we like to keep things simple. Our service plan has no hidden costs or excess payments. What you see is what you get. The fixed price of £118.80 includes everything you need to be covered for the year ahead, knowing if something goes wrong you have a personalised service for your boiler.
Our service plan runs for 12 months, at which point you can make the decision to renew. We don’t want you to miss out on the benefits of our service plan, which is why you will receive an automatic reminder when your renewal is approaching.
If you’re happy with our service and you’re enjoying the great value our service plan offers, you can set-up a direct debit with us.
Only City Warmth engineers carry out your boiler servicing when you sign up to one of our boiler family care plans. We will never pass you to anyone else - giving you full peace of mind and reassurance.
We are brand agnostic, with experience with all the common manufacturers. So, we can still service your boiler even if it's still the first time we have seen your boiler.
Even an out of warranty boiler will need an annual service, it gives you peace of mind that it's working as safely as possible, keeping you and your home safe.
